Judge Davis has heard the unfeasible claim made by M Pigneguy backed up by the collusion with trainee watchman Phillip Sweetman.
He’s sat through the playing of the unprofessional interview recording made by Ian Howden & Jim Lott – Maritime New Zealand.
Barry Young gave his apparently purposeful misleading & fundamentally incorrect evidence as a Hired Gun supporting Maritime New Zealand’s prosecution.
Mark Davies, Crown Law, Meredith Connell Auckland helped the case of Maritime New Zealand along as it milked the Public Purse.
If that wasn’t its intention, Crown Law would have advised Maritime New Zealand at the outset that it had no honest case.

Judge Davis Makes His Decision Based On False Evidence
“Vigilante justice” is rationalized by the idea that adequate legal mechanisms for criminal punishment are either nonexistent or insufficient. Vigilantes typically see the government as ineffective in enforcing the law; such individuals often claim to justify their actions as a fulfillment of the wishes of the community.
Persons alleged to be escaping the law or above the law are sometimes the victims of vigilantism.
Vigilante behavior involves various degrees of violence. Vigilantes may assault targets verbally, physically, vandalize property, or even kill individuals.
In a number of cases, vigilantism has involved targets with mistaken identities.
